Qualifying – 2 laps. First round (top 20 locked & impounded) 2nd round top 10 advance to fill positions 21-30. Last Chance race,
top 2 to fill spots 31-32. If a tie in times the tie goes to the driver who qualified first. Guaranteed spots for Champions of Fascar Pro-Trucks, Fastruck and DeSoto Series.
All trucks must pass tech before practicing.
Each Truck must have a spotter and the spotter must use raceceiver system and each truck must have a transponder. The cost for the weekend is $25.00 per truck.
Spotters
are to be in designated area with Spotter Official, incase of a problem with communications.
Start of the race – Flagman will start the race, you are to be side by side and there is no passing until you cross the
start finish line.
Re-starts – Lead lap truck to the outside, lap trucks to the inside. Lap trucks need to be courteous. No passing to the left until you cross the start finish line.
When caution is displayed the
first truck a lap down will be given the Lucky Dog Pass, wait until you are instructed to move around the track. We will do this until lap 175. There will be no free passes after lap 175.
Line ups will be checked and
given to spotters, spotters will then relay, please do this quickly please. Scoring will go by the transponders at the last completed lap.
No racing back to the cautions !!!!!! When caution is displayed and called
slow as quickly and safely as possible. Watch for pace car and get in single file.
Once the pace truck has picked up the field, the next time by you can pit if need repairs, remove debris, make adjustment. No tires
unless flat and official approves. No fuel can be added except at halfway stop. You can only enter X off turn four and re-enter in turn one.
If you bring out the caution and we feel it is intentional, you will be penalized one lap.
Truck or Trucks causing the yellow will go to the rear. Judgment calls will be made by race director when clear. Anything not
clear, both will go to the rear.
If red comes out stop as soon as safely possible. There can be no working on the trucks during red flags on the track or in the X. Once yellow is displayed trucks can resume working in
the X area. Laps begin to count once red is lifted and we go yellow.
There will be a stop at or around lap 100 for fuel. We will bring everybody in line to front stretch bandelero track for the stop. Two crew members
per truck service the truck you will have 20 minutes to do this. You must be completed and back into safe area in 20 minutes. You can change two tires, make air pressure adjustments, wedge adjustment, pull out or
put in a spring rubber. You can change battery, fill fluids, clean windshield and change out/ or refill driver drink bottle. Any other work you will have to go to the end of the longest line.
Crews will set up the
pits during the autograph session, Saturday night. All crew, tools and fuel must be inside of the safe area until ½ way. If you have to pit two guys can pit truck. Please have fuel jugs marked with truck #.
After
race top five to front stretch, 6-10 to infield. Crews stay away from trucks except for the photo's officials will direct you from there.
Payoff will occur once all tech is complete. We will be as quick as possible,
please be patient. If you are going to donate your pay please let us know so we do not wait for you. We will have a donation jug at the window or Rick will be there and you can give to him. Again it is up to you what
you give. Rick will hand out awards then also.
Driver you are responsible for the actions of your crew or others tied to your car. Please ask them all to act professional and remember this is for fun and a good
cause.
We will take a group pre-race photo so please be ready for that. All trucks must be out for autograph session.
